Here are the scenery of elementary school kids in Japan during lunch. As you can see, few group of students that have been arranged in schedule, will take turn weekly to "serve" for the other students. It is also a big sin to not finishing the foods! It's like bringing a toy to school! Everyone will stare, and if you're unlucky, the teacher will notice and you might get a lengthy lovely speech from them! Hahaha
Back to the topic, yes I did fast during my childhood in Japan. When it's my turn, I'd serve the foods, when they eat, ... (I can't recall!! Hahah)
My little brother during his kindergarten, he fasted too. He enjoyed it because during lunch time, he can collect all of his favorite toys without having to share with the others.
We were the only Muslim family around there so most of the people did not know about fasting, when they ask why and when, I couldn't really explain because I was so little. I remember there was an old teacher, remembering the exact century date as the "Muslim Fasting Day". It's not! Our fasting month id based on Hijri calendar, but well..
I guess that's all for now. Please don't mock my first attempt on the contest http://denaihati.com/tiga-iphone-5s-untuk-dimiliki hihihi
