If someone has done nasty things to you, then it is acceptable.
But if you're working as team, why? I really don't understand why. Unless that one person has really done something wrong just because of his own good. If he doesn't, and he did something all the group members has agreed, why? What's the blame for?
Here's an example. Everyone has agreed to feed chewing gum to a hamster. But soon after that, comes a person in charge telling we're prohibited to do so.
&& undoubtedly, the hamster died because of the chewing gum.
Most of us will blame Athirah who fed the chewing gum. Why is it so? We're working in a group, we're supposed to take the blame together and find a solution, find a way on what to do next now that the hamster has gone.
Not blaming each other..
Just because what we all did was unsuccessful, do you think by finding out who did it wrong, will solve the problem? Seriously.
Sometimes it's not about the result, it's about what you have learnt throughout the process. In everything we do, we must find values we can learn on that day. Don't waste any seconds we breath. Team-working, respect, planning, we should be able to relate in our daily lives, especially students. Through experiment, lecture session, everything.
Results are already there. Experiment? Even from 1000 years ago, they have already found the result!
Hm I'm not really productive to write at this moment. So, to conclude, we must train ourselves to differ what are the priority. :3
P/S. No hamsters were killed.
